Below is an outline of the process from making contact to the ceremony. The steps outlined are for a wedding, but the process is generally the same for a wedding, naming ceremony or funeral service, with some variance with documentation requirements.

We talk over the phone or Facetime to understand your requirements and explain the legal requirements for a wedding. I outline what documents you will need to bring to our face to face meeting.
We organise to meet up in person for a tea or coffee. This is the part where I get to know you both better and hear about your incredible love story. We get the chance to discuss any ideas or requests you have for your ceremony and also start the process by filling out the ‘Notice of Intended Marriage’.
Lodgement of legal documents to Marriage, Birth and Death.
I schedule a rehearsal a week before the wedding / vow ceremony and commitment ceremony.
I arrive an hour early on the special day dressed professionally, set up, sound test, printed Official Marriage Certificate ready for signing and have the rituals set up (if required).
When your guests arrive, I’ll have them feeling warm, relaxed and welcome until we’re ready to kick things off!
I’ll conduct the beautiful, dream ceremony you’ve always wanted and pronounce you both as officially married!
We’ll sign the marriage certificates with the 2 witnesses over 18 years and create a beautiful ceremony you will remember for a lifetime.
